The bookings realize On line ó On request for e-mail. These changes can only be sent before 15 days of the date of arrival and they are subject to confirmation. It can happen that a provider does not accept the change for proper reasons.

The bookings of last hour are accepted and they will be answered in the not major space of 72 hours with the confirmation or not of the service and with the conditions that are applied for these cases.
Prices, Confirmations and Payments
The prices published in the place or sent by e-mail are in USD (CUC) on not having been that another currency is specified. The prices can change without previous notice, rise or go down, but they are only valid for the new reservations. The cancellations of confirmed and full services that are done with more than 30 days before the date of arrival have a hardship of 15% of the whole of the full amount. The cancellations realized with 30 days or less and before 15 days they have a hardship of 30%. The cancellations realized with 15 days or less and before 7 days they have a hardship of 50%. The cancellations realized with 7 days or less they have a hardship of 100%.
Once in Cuba, services not used voluntarily by the client are not refundable.
Guarantee and Quality of the Services

The client must have an insurance that protects it from such situations like accident, illness or legal liability, between others, inside the territory of the Republic of Cuba.
